✅ How long after ordering will my order ship?

We typically process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. If you choose Expedited Shipping at checkout, your order will be sent via a faster shipping method once it's ready.

For custom or personalized products, production may take 2–3 business days depending on the complexity. Shipping usually takes 2–3 business days after production.

✅ What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all orders using USPS and UPS. For international orders, your local postal service will handle delivery once the package reaches your country.

✅ I didn’t receive my order
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please email us at help@infythings.com or use our Contact Us form. Don’t forget to include your order number from your confirmation email or SMS. We'll help you track it down quickly.
